All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise mentioned. Prices may change without prior notice. The final payable amount will be confirmed before order processing or delivery.
Payment
We currently accept:

bKash payment
For bKash payment, customers must provide correct payment information or transaction details when required. Ramy Cosmetics will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.
Delivery
Inside Dhaka delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
Outside Dhaka delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, road conditions, high order volume, or unavoidable circumstances.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Return, Exchange & Refund
Return, exchange, or refund requests will be handled according to our return and refund policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic/skincare products may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified issue.
Limitation of Liability
Ramy Cosmetics will not be liable for any indirect, personal, or incidental damage caused by misuse, allergic reaction, incorrect application, overuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
